Mr. 305 Inc celebrates big win at BMI’s R&B HIP/HOP AWARDS 2014

Aug. 27, 2014: Mr 305 Inc. celebrates another big win for one of its very own. DJ Chino, lead DJ and one of the producers for global icon Pitbull, won an award for the hit song Don’t Stop The Party at the BMI’S R&B HIP/HOP AWARDS 2014. This song was awarded among the 35 BMI Most Performed Songs of the year .Don’t Stop the Party is a song recorded by Pitbull for his latest seventh studio album, Global Warming. The song was released on September 25, 2012 as the album’s third single by RCA Records.

Currently DJ Chino continues touring the world with Pitbull and lately he has also produced, on the Latin side, the hit song “Yo Quiero” the latest single from Gente de Zona featuring Pitbull that is climbing up the charts as we speak.

DJing from continent to continent at some of the world’s biggest music festivals, DJ Chino is not only the official DJ of Pitbull – Mr. Worldwide but also a talented rising producer signed to Mr. 305 Inc.

A performer and musician since age 14, Chino’s talent is as versatile as his musical selections. Chino’s big break came in 2005 at a Miami nightclub when the up and coming DJ met Pitbull’s manager, Mike Calderon. After expressing his desire and passion for his craft, the Pitbull team invited Chino to a number of private events, which led to several DJ bookings including album release parties, concerts, and opening for numerous artists. Chino began working with DJ Irie who has continuously opened opportunities for him to DJ at venues such as the world famous LIV nightclub, Opium Group venues in Miami and Hollywood, and the annual DJ Irie weekend for charity. Through hard work and determination, Chino was asked to become the official DJ for Pitbull in 2011 and has been touring worldwide with him ever since. Touring has lead Chino to spin at the worlds most high-end nightclubs such as VIP Room in Paris, People by Crystal in Dubai, and multiple nightclubs in Las Vegas. Whether he’s getting the party started for thousands at massive venues such as Wembley Stadium, festivals like Rock-n- Rio, performing on the American Music Awards, Today Show or Jimmy Fallon, he always brings his staggering energy to the crowd and guarantees a great time.

Chino, is also a talented producer, creating all types of beats from the bass-knocking, dirty south sound for which Miami is known for, to pop and club records for commercial airplay. This has led to several productions on Pitbull’s albums Planet Pit and Global Warming which include Mr. Worldwide Intro, Im Off That and co writer of Don’t Stop The Party. You can also find his music in TV commercials and in the comedy film “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone”. These production opportunities with Pitbull have led Chino to work with various artists across all genres. Chino released his first single, “Si Te Agarro” ft. Fito Blanko and Papayo in 20134 which reached a million views on VEVO within days of release. In 2014 Chino has produced Pitbulls single Noche No Termina, Gente De Zona’s “Yo Quiero” and varios others and is currently working on his own album, which is set to release Fall 2014.
